Online counselling in Hampton Hill, London

I understand that starting therapy can sometimes feel like a big step, but at the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or intimidating.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood and genuinely supported, whether you’re working through trauma, addiction, neurodiversity or the everyday ups and downs of life. I understand the pressures of a demanding workplaces and the weight people carry in silence. I’m here to listen.

I’ve supported people from all walks of life: young people, adults, those facing addiction, people experiencing homelessness, and individuals navigating cancer and, at times, end-of-life care. These experiences have shaped my approach and strengthened my conviction that therapy is for everyone and that genuine change is always possible.

The type of work I do

I work integratively. That means drawing on different therapeutic approaches and matching the work to you, rather than following a fixed formula.

  • Trauma, childhood adversity, PTSD, and the lasting impact of abuse
  • Addiction, substance use, and recovery
  • Neurodiversity, including ADHD, Dyslexia, rejection sensitivity, and sensory overwhelm
  • Anxiety, depression, low mood, and low self-esteem
  • Stress, burnout, and the pressure of demanding workplaces
  • Men’s mental health, identity, and life transitions
  • Relationships, grief, loss, and fertility struggles
  • Cancer, illness, and end-of-life concerns

Client groups I specialise in

I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You don’t need a neat label to begin.

  • Young people
  • Adults and older adults
  • People facing addiction and recovery
  • People experiencing homelessness
  • Individuals navigating cancer and end-of-life care
  • People who are neurodivergent, including ADHD and Dyslexia
  • Parents, including those supporting a child with additional SEN needs
  • Trainee counsellors

Working with Neurodivergent Clients

Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of neurodiversity (ADHD and Dyslexia) and of parenting a child with additional SEN needs. This has deepened my understanding of the everyday challenges people face, from rejection sensitivity and sensory needs to overwhelm and navigating inferior systems and services. I am able to support you and adapt to your needs, whether you have a formal diagnosis, are currently exploring this journey or self-identity.
